1. With a fleet of fully stocked service vans, our 18 factory trained service technicians will make sure your office machines from Tri-State continue to perform at an optimum level. Each van carries hundreds of commonly used parts and our warehouse is filled with the more unusual variety.

2. Our Central dispatch directs technicians from three locations providing rapid response to your service calls. 

3. Our full-time trainer will help you and your staff get the maximum return on the investment you've made with Tri-State Business Machines.

4. Supplies: Call Tri-State to order supplies for your Canon, Toshiba and Duplo office equipment. Toner, fax cartridges, ink, staples, transparencies, etc., are always available from our warehouse.

5. In La Crosse and Rochester supplies are delivered to your door. Other locations will receive supplies via UPS usually the day after placing the order.

6. We have black and white and color copiers, fax machines, shredders, and printers to handle even the most demanding office needs. We have image filing systems, scanners, and related office equipment.
